How to delete your TriCities Board data
Request Account & Data Deletion
If you signed up for TriCities Board using your Facebook account or any other method, you can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Data
Email Us
Send a deletion request to admin@tricitiesboard.org with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Confirmation
We will confirm receipt of your request and verify your identity within 2 business days.
Deletion
Your account and all associated data (profile, posts, comments, marketplace listings) will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account credentials and profile information
- Your display name, email, and avatar
- All posts, comments, and forum content you created
- All marketplace listings
- Any saved preferences or settings
Facebook Users
If you signed in using Facebook, you can also remove the TriCities Board app from your Facebook account:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Click Apps and Websites
- Find TriCities Board and click Remove
This revokes our access to your Facebook data. To also delete your TriCities Board account data, please follow the email instructions above.
