Order a one-time startup pack: $120 for a counter stand or $50 for an employee card, each including the first unit. Extra units are $35 per stand and $15 per card. Do I have to pay anything to take part?+
No. A free account already lets you browse, post in the forum and Marketplace, submit events and recreation ideas, send news tips, and register a volunteer organization. The paid paths add local deals, publishing, or a business listing.
Can I be more than one of these at once?+
Yes, and most people are. Community Supporter is a membership rather than a role, so it stacks on any account — including a business one. Contributor is a capability we add to your existing account, so a business owner can write stories too.
We are a non-profit or a sports club — do we pay for a listing?+
No. Organization listings are free and stay free: every profile feature, unlimited Org Highlights (articles and videos), and no monthly quota. We moderate content rather than metering it. The only thing organizations pay for is advertising, and that comes with a flat 10% discount.
How do I become a Contributor?+
Apply from the Contributor page. Applications are reviewed by our team, and once you are approved you write from your dashboard and get paid $150 per published article.
What does the Perks program cost a business?+
